My Story

My name is Autumn Nelson. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and enjoy learning and growing! I have been active my whole life and started leading Karate classes at the age of about 8 years old, earning my black belt at the age of 9.  I played competitive softball for several years and always stayed active.  Into adulthood I gained a desire to help others live out an active lifestyle, whether their goal is becoming an elite athlete or to simply "just move."  My main goal is to help others create bodies that work, to do all they enjoy in life. I am a Christian, a mother, a wife, a fitness trainer and a coach amongst other titles. I understand the lack of extra time we have in our society, and how self care tends to be on the back burner of our every day lives. My goal is to help ease that burden by offering several options to make your fitness plan PERSONAL. I offer group and one on one options virtually, in person, or recorded/On Demand. I have a private studio for Mat Pilates or even one one one sessions. My desire is to help each client achieve whatever fitness goals they may have and come up with a realistic, maintainable plan. I am a certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and Group Fitness Instructor (ACE). In addition to these certifications, I am also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE), Orthopedic Specialist (ACE), Youth Exercise Specialist (NASM), Women's Fitness Specialist (NASM), SCW Pilates Matwork Certified, Udemy Mat Pilates Certified, and YogaFit certified (please note: I do not practice Yoga. I have this training to help clients properly stretch, however, I do not offer traditional Yoga classes or sessions).  I look forward to coaching you through your fitness journey, in whatever that might look like for you!
