Just Move Fitness Welcomes You
Welcome! I invite you to explore the options I have available to help you along your fitness journey! I coach virtually through the platform “Zoom,” and offer both small group and one on one live Personal Training. In addition to live group and one on one sessions virtually, I also offer an "On Demand" option! I understand my live class hours don't always work for everyone's schedule - that is why I decided to start "On Demand," where subscribers can choose their workouts from a library of recorded workouts and tutorials. I add videos regularly to continue growing the library for subscribers. This is a great option for clients who travel! If you live in the Weatherford, TX area, I also offer "In Person" one-on-one and small group Personal Training and small group Mat Pilates at a private studio. Whichever option works best for you, I encourage you to take the first step towards your health and fitness goals. And remember... JUST MOVE!

*I train clients at "Fox Den Fit Club" in Weatherford, TX and offer Small Group Training Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00-12:45pm. MUST BE A MEMBER AT FOX DEN FIT CLUB FOR SMALL GROUP AND ONE ON ONE TRAINING. All sessions at Fox Den are 45 mins in duration. Listed below is what I offer outside of Fox Den. I train clients in their home if they live in Weatherford, and also offer sessions in a private studio in Weatherford with limited equipment! Email for availability and pricing!

On Demand is a collection of fitness videos, tutorials, and programs. Subscribers will have unlimited access to my growing library of fitness videos and tutorials. I understand there are a lot of "free" workouts online, but this is more than that. Each workout is designed with a specific goal in mind. Your Questions, Answered
How do I join a "virtual" meeting for the first time?
You will receive an access link to your "Zoom" workout through email. Â You will click the link and enter the waiting room until I allow access. Â Once you are out of the waiting room, you will allow access to "microphone" and "camera," so we can see and talk to each other. I recommend joining your session with the largest screen device you own for the best experience.
Do I have to be a member to participate in virtual small group classes?
If you'd like to have full access to all my live VIRTUAL small group classes, this is on a MEMBERSHIP BASIS only. For Mat Pilates, I offer credit packages and membership options. For clients who train at Fox Den, a membership is required.
How often does Just Move Fitness meet virtually for small group training?
You can view the live class schedule posted to social media (please follow the "Facebook" link. Personal Training session vary and depend on availability. Live classes have a set schedule that comes out monthly - generally consistent with some small tweaks occasionally. Classes are Mondays and Thursdays from 8:00-9:00am CST. Classes are a blend of Strength Training, Cardio Conditioning, and Mobility.
