
Autumn's Story Unveiled
For over a decade, I have devoted myself to learning and understanding how to help others with their wellness journey. I learned very early on that one size does NOT fit all. That is why I offer several services to accommodate each client and their unique wellness needs. I offer virtual one on one Personal Training, virtual group fitness classes, in person Personal Training, in person small group training, in person Mat Pilates, an On Demand channel, and both virtual and in person nutritional guidance. Whatever your need is, I am here to lead and guide as we work together toward a healthier you. Knowledge is so important and that is why I continue to study and learn every step of the way. The more I know, the better I can serve others. Over the years I have aquired several Certifications and Speciality Certificates in the following areas: NASM Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, ACE Orthopedic/Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Women's Fitness Specialist, YogaFit, Mossa Group Power, Group Active and Group Core, SCW Mat Pilates and more.
